The Living Labs Network provides the structure that can support the full funding project lifecycle, avoiding the need to juggle between different sources to find a funding opportunity, create and submit a proposal, and manage it as a project.


We are consistently in the mode of exploration and discovery, constantly scanning funding options for the myriad challenges facing Europe. When we find an opportunity that fits our expertise, we switch to our MO for collaboration: identifying appropriate partners, convening an applicant consortium, initiating communications that lead toward crafting a proposal as a cooperative venture, overseeing documentation compliance, and pushing the magic SUBMIT button well in advance of the deadline.


Our process starts with an understanding of a challenge, conceptualizing an idea for a project and archived in our internal systems until a suitable opportunity for funding presents itself. Conversely, we an apply the proxess to an idea for a project that can be developed, either on behalf of an entity or of a consortium designed to respond to a call. This process is invaluable for public bodies, organizations, institutions and enterprises lacking the resources or human capital and/or expertise required for a successful project application, especially one that requires a high level of writing and comprehension in English.


Our attention to details is unsurpassed when it comes to making sure all the required documentation is in order, from signed mandates to conducting research for supporting data and statistics. When the project is funded, we are able to serve as external staff for project management, including contributing skills and expertise in communications for dissemination and exploitation objectives.
